How much is the Three referral reward?
The current reward is up to £40 each for an eligible Pay Monthly phone, Home Broadband or Mobile Broadband order. Category maxima can be up to £25 for a Pay Monthly SIM and £12.50 for a tablet or laptop, although many live products show £20 and £10 respectively. The amount shown after opening the referral link is definitive.
Do both people get the reward?
Yes. Three’s current Aklamio portal says both the person referring and the new customer receive the reward for a qualifying, confirmed order.
Is the reward cash or Three account credit?
It is a cash reward managed by Aklamio. Once confirmed, it can be paid to a current account or PayPal account.
How do I use the referral online?
Start from the referral link, enter the requested email address on Aklamio, then continue to Three and complete the eligible order in the same visit. Avoid leaving for a comparison, voucher or cashback site because that can break the referral tracking.
Can I order by phone or in a Three store?
Yes. Open the referral link first and use the reward code shown there when ordering in a Three store or through the contact centre. The referral link itself is required for online orders.
How long does the Three reward take?
Three’s Aklamio portal says confirmation normally takes around 7 weeks, but can take up to 90 days depending on the product. This allows time for returns or cancellation.
Can I combine the referral with cashback or another offer?
Do not assume so. The referral portal says the online offer is not available through another purchase route or in conjunction with another offer. Compare the value first, then choose one tracked route and complete the order through it.
Can an existing Three customer use the link for an upgrade?
The published referral categories focus on new qualifying orders and do not list upgrades. Check the live portal and Three’s terms before ordering; do not rely on the reward for an upgrade unless it is explicitly shown as eligible.
Can I refer myself?
No. Three’s referral FAQ says the referred person must be someone else.
Do I need to be a Three customer to refer somebody?
No. Three’s referral FAQ says non-customers can also recommend someone and receive a reward for a successful referral.
What if my reward is missing or declined?
Sign in to the Aklamio referral account used for the order, open the dashboard, and check the status. If it still looks wrong, use Help in the account menu to submit a support request to Aklamio.
Is Three Referral an official Three website?
No. Three Referral is independent and is not owned by or affiliated with Three or Aklamio. The referral link opens Aklamio’s tracked journey and the purchase itself is completed with Three.
Who is eligible to take part?
The referral programme is for UK residents aged 18 or over. Product eligibility, contract-length rules and the live programme terms also apply.
